I know its a little late for this, but I have a New Year's resolution to work on the most...
I do love to excersize but I get bored easily
And I hate diets because I love to eat!
(hence why I need to do both)
So, I am doing the total body makeover
Today I worked out for 20 min. and I will try to do that all week.
Then next week I will try and up the time.
Lets hope I can.:)
I started the diet about three weeks ago but went off of it last week...
(I really wanted greasy food..and chocolate...)
So I restarted it this week...
